What's Happening?
The FlowStone Opportunity Fund is holding an upcoming special meeting of shareholders, slated for March 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m, Eastern Time. As a valued shareholder of the Fund, you are being asked to vote on two proposals at the shareholder meeting. The first is to approve a new investment management agreement between the Fund and the Fund's current investment adviser, FlowStone Partners, LLC. The second is to approve the election of six trustee nominees to the Board of Trustees of the Fund.
