The XAI Floating Rate & Alternative Income Trust (XFLT) is scheduled to hold an upcoming Special Meeting of Shareholders on July 30, 2026. The Special Meeting is being called for the purpose of approving a new sub-advisory agreement for the Fund. By Internet - You may have recently received an email regarding this proxy with a link to vote your shares. The email would have most likely come from the email address of ID@ProxyVote.com. If you have access to your control number, you may also submit your vote online by clicking here.
By Phone - You may submit your vote by calling the telephone number provided on your White Proxy Card.
By Mail - If you received your proxy materials by mail, you may also submit your vote by signing and returning your White Proxy Card in the enclosed postage-paid envelope.
